Delivery

All orders would be shipped via a Next day service, however processing times may vary; allow 3-5 working days for delivery. Most orders are delivered within 3 working days from the order date.

Please note that our carriers deliver to the communal entrance to the specified delivery address. If requested, the carrier may deliver to the front door of your delivery address, following an assessment of the safety and practicality of doing so. 

Your order would be delivered to the address specified at checkout. You would also be asked to provide safe place information, in the event that there is nobody present at the address when the order is due to be delivered. As is standard practise, items would be left at the designated safe place.

Instructions on how to collect items would be provided if the parcel can’t be left in a safe place outside public view. Parcels must be collected promptly, or be destroyed due to contamination risk. Wahala Free Ltd will not be liable for any financial loss that ensues for failed delivery attempts on the dates provided on your tracking slip. 

Orders which require temperature control are shipped using 48 – 72 hour insulation packaging to keep temperatures at an optimum level through the shipment.

Please note that Wahala Free would not be liable for any loss or damage to the items that ensues due to the orders being left at your designated safe place. We charge a fixed delivery rate on orders under 30kg to most addresses in mainland UK.

Additional shipping charges apply to orders from Northern Ireland or the Scottish Highlands – Please select the appropriate option at checkout to avoid delays.

We will notify you as soon as your parcels leave our facility and also provide an estimated time of arrival (ETA) on the day of delivery.

Refunds & Returns

Our return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, and you have not returned the damaged item, refund will not be processed.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as frozen and ambient food cannot be returned due to contamination.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you were approved, then a new product would replace the items returned. If the product is unavailable then you will be issued a voucher to the value of the product to use toward your next purchase.
